	Fozzie's Story - Fozzie came to OBHR abandoned, heart worm positive, and in need of kidney surgery. An outpouring of love from the basset hound community made it possible for this handsome boy to live and be loved by a new family.
	Tillie's Story - Tillie spent the first 10 years of her life as a puppy mill brood bitch. She spent her last 4 years in foster care with OBHR. Tillie touched many hearts with her demanding spirit, but the most important thing that Tillie taught us was about the horrendous conditions dogs in puppy mills live in.
